At Manvik Toys (www.manviktoys.in), our goal is to deliver your favorite toys quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code and location within India.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

4. Shipping Delays or Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors like severe weather or courier delays can sometimes affect shipping times. If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us for assistance.
